Unlock Perfect Technique with the Vardanian Sn**ch!

The Vardanian Sn**ch—a variation of the Sn**ch in which the hook grip, bar contact, and foot movement are eliminated—helps build an efficient and technically precise Sn**ch technique. By eliminating these key elements, you can develop better timing, more fluid movement, and a straighter bar path.

Why incorporate the Vardanian Sn**ch?

No Hook Grip:

Removing the hook grip forces lifters to rely less on the violent hip extension in the explosion and emphasizes using the upper body in the final extension. This combo improves the bar path and reduces the likelihood of swinging the bar out with the hips.

No Foot Movement:

By keeping their feet flat on the floor, athletes can focus on a full, controlled extension. This allows them to stay connected to the floor longer and avoid premature movement that can disrupt balance and timing.

No Contact:

Without the bar contacting the hips, the lifter is forced to continue accelerating the barbell with the use of the legs and upper body together. Encouraging a straighter, more efficient movement.

This powerful variation can be easily programmed into lighter technique days or used as a primer before heavier Sn**ch sessions. Build better technique and master the movement with this exercise, used by legendary lifters like Norik Vardanian.

And don’t forget, CoachLogik is here to help you track your progress and program effectively with our all-in-one coaching platform! ⚡️

Barbell Trajectory in the Sn**ch: How It Changes Over Time

As athletes progress through a training macrocycle, their barbell trajectory in the sn**ch changes! 📈 A study analyzed bar height and speed across training phases and weight classes. Athletes pulled the bar higher in competition phases compared to preparatory phases, but catch height remained consistent. 💥 The takeaway? Technique stabilizes during competition, while variability is seen in the preparatory phase due to fatigue.

Are you a crossfitter looking to improve👀?

If you’re a crossfitter, you’re well aware that in order to be competitive in the sport, you have to get very good at some very different things all at once.

From running and cycling to jumping and climbing all the way to gimnastics and weightlifting.

All are completely different and difficult in their own respect, but doing them at the same time poses an even greater challenge.

And that is exactly why I want to help you and two other serious crossfitters with better technique, strength, and speed in your Olympic lifts.

I know how hard it is to train so many physical qualities at once.

That’s why I offer you a training program that will consistently help you improve your lifts, even when energy and time are scarce.

And how can I promise you that?

Well, because my coaching is:

Adaptable:

As a crossfitter, you have limited energy to allocate towards weightlifting training. So it’s important that the amount of work is adaptable depending on how much other training you’re doing at the time.

As intense as you need it to be:

I believe a good coach should listen and adapt to the athlete, not the other way around. That’s why we will be constantly communicating so we’re able to adapt the program instantly when the need arises. Solving the issue before it becomes a problem.

NOT only for weightlifters:

You are not a weightlifter, you are a crossfitter, and your program should resemble that.

My goal is to make you better for all the tests that a crossfit competition will throw at you.

And that is why your program will be structured in a way to improve all the physical qualities you need, not just get you to sn**ch and clean and jerk a little better, but to help you improve in all areas.

If you are serious about becoming a better crossfit athlete, I am opening 3 spots for online remote coaching.

The offer is available for 7 days only, so don’t waste any time and sign up today.

DM me the word “WEIGHTLIFTING” and I’ll contact you shortly!
