If you’re familiar with the Sunday scaries, I’m willing to bet you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed. Am I right? 👀

There’s that pit in your stomach.
The sinking feeling that you have SO MUCH to do and so little time to do it.
But Sunday scaries don’t have to be so scary! Here are 5 tips to ditch that overwhelm and keep moving forward.
1️⃣ Prioritize your to do list
To do lists are great...when used intentionally. Try a brain dump if you need to but then prioritize.
2️⃣ Control your environment
Noise, notifications, distractions, room temp - anything possible distractions. Cause more distractions means ⬇️ work and ⬆️ overwhelmed.
3️⃣ Let go of perfectionism
Spending hours and hours getting it juuuuust right will keep you away from other needle moving tasks. Just do it and move on.
4️⃣ Learn to say “no”
It’s just as much about what you don’t do as what you do do. Protect your time and energy.
and finally...
5️⃣ Find time for YOU.
Take a break. Turn off worn mode and do something just for you. Relax, have fun, learn something.
