College athletes are back in full swing.
Athletic Performance Training sessions are packed.
Speed and Agility helping athletes improve their game time speed.

We help athletes at all stages of their athleitc development, and this summer we're seeing a lot athletes that want to get better.

The doors are open, sprints are competitive, and strength is increasing.

Loaded carries serve a critical role in our training at Showtime.

For our rotational athletes, carries have been one of the best tools for helping create stability to help with reducing pain in the lower back which leads to better performance. We use a variety of carries to help our members.

Protein powder can be beneficial, but it shouldnโ€™t make up the bulk of your protein intake.

When we consume powders primarily, they donโ€™t contain many of the other micronutrients that help keep us full, provide energy, or strengthen our immune system.

Using a protein supplement post workout or sometimes as a snack is great, but itโ€™s not a replacement for whole food.

Cory is 40 years old and started training with us in February, 2026 to get his health back on track after life became busy with career and kids in sports.

He has been realistic in his approach to nutrition and training, and it has paid huge for him.

In 3 months hereโ€™s what happened :

The biggest nutrition changes of eating more during the day lead him to snack less at night.
