The power will not be restored until late tonight according to AEP. As of right now we plan to open at 5am tomorrow. We will keep you updated if things change. Thanks for your patience.

Great news! Power has been restored and we will now go back to normal business hours. We close at 8pm tonight and open at 5am tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and understanding! 💪🏼❤️

After assessing the timeframe without power, we have decided to open today from 1 PM until 7 PM. Please be advised that the gym currently has no power, no lights, no heating or air-conditioning, no Internet service, no Wi-Fi, and no working cardio equipment. There will be only cash sales at this time. If you decide to come in today, you will be assuming all risk and liability under these conditions.

Also, tomorrow, Monday, March 16, assuming we likely will still not have power, we will be opening at 7 AM. again under these same less than ideal conditions, however, if you want to come in and lift weights, you will be able to.

We hope that helps and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

In addition to upgrading our cardio equipment recently, we added a few new pieces you might not be familiar with. For example, the Concept2 Ski Erg provides a great no impact workout modeling Nordic skiing. Check out the video to learn the proper techniques to get the most out of your next workout! The Cardio Zone will be closed Thursday, August 7th for equipment upgrades.

We have not gotten a firm start time for the installation, but we are anticipating starting at 6:00am.
