The workouts help build strength, endurance, and confidence, but the community is what keeps people coming back.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is deciding what they're capable of before they've even given themselves a chance.

"I'm too old." "I'm too out of shape." "I've never been athletic." "I'm too busy." "I'm too far behind."

The truth is, progress doesn't care how old you are, what stage of life you're in, or where you're starting from. It only asks that you show up and keep going.🔥

Don't put limits on yourself based on who you used to be, what someone else told you, or what you think you're supposed to be capable of. You might be surprised by what happens when you stop focusing on your limitations and start focusing on your potential.

Your age isn't a deadline. Your experience level isn't a ceiling. Your current situation isn't your final destination.

Somewhere along the way, people started acting like being strong is something women should apologize for.

Strong isn't intimidating. Strong isn't unfeminine. Strong isn't something that needs to be hidden to make other people comfortable.

Being strong means showing up for your family when they need you. It means having confidence in what your body can do. It means proving to yourself, over and over again, that you're capable of more than you thought.

Don't let anyone convince you that taking up space, building muscle, or pursuing strength is somehow "too much."

You worked for it. Be proud of it.
Strong is not a flaw. Strong is a choice.
