Deep connection > thoughtless movement 🔥⁣

Connection is something we talk about often in Pilates, both our mind body connection as well as the connection to our space and community around us. ⁣
⁣
As teachers, it can be challenging to facilitate meaningful connection to self and to others with every class, but this week we’re reminding ourselves that the deep love for movement can be shared with even just one correction or word of encouragement and that can be the single string that ties this all together. 🧡
