3 most common mistakes my clients under 5’2 make with weight loss ⬇️

1. Under eating during the week & then overeating on the weekends

2. Daily cardio (not talking about steps or walking) I’m talking spin classes, running, etc … there is a time and place for cardio but you need to be intentional!

3. Only doing Pilates or super super low weight strength training…you will not get the “toned” look like this!

Save yourself some time, money and sanity and SKIP these mistakes.

hard truth…..if you have time to walk 10k steps a day everyday but you say you “don’t have time to strength train for or resistance train” ….

you’re just lying to yourself. You.have.time.

And if you say you walk everyday & you’re upset your body doesn’t change…….BUT you don’t resistance train

Well that might be part of the problem.

so take one of those walks, turn it into a 20 minute dumbbell workout ‼️

5 things that DID NOT help me lose weight as a
5’1 shortie 🫡don’t make the same mistakes I did PLZ ⬇️

1. Barely eating and tracking calories ONLY to make sure I was eating low calorie … bad bad bad 🤦🏼‍♀️

2. Running or doing 12/3/30 daily. there is nothing wrong with either of those but doing them daily isn’t necessary especially if you’re short & want to lose weight.

3. Eating gross “low calorie foods”…aka almond milk that was lowkey filled with crap ingredients and I pretended it tasted good lmaoooooo

4. Doing random exercises from YouTube or Instagram and then only stopping the workout once i hit a certain number of calories burned (🆘)

5. Nitpicking everything about my body & then spiraling & then skipping out on life aka meals with friends

Soooooooo to my ladies under 5’3……PLEASE don’t make the same mistakes I did!

It’s okay to want to lose weight BUT you don’t need to be an unhealthy, grouchy, tired version of yourself to get there.
