Simple and flavorful is the right way to go when eating healthy. Slight seasonal changes and/or additions to your typical go-to meals is an easy tastebud boredom fix. Don’t get burnt out on your fav, instead think about squash as a delicious substitute for potatoes or rice etc. during autumn! How do you cook your squash? What temp do you like your steak? 😚

When we are mindful of the effects of what we eat, (instead of running on auto pilot,) we would never chose to eat anything to harm our bodies. Instead, we would choose to nourish and fuel. To me, consciousness is the thing that keeps my values in check and helps me to live my best life. And not just with food, but with life in general. 💚
