Huge congratulations to all of our athletes who stepped up and competed. Win or lose, we don’t run from competition—we chase it. Every time we step out there, we learn, grow, and get better.
🥇 Levi took 1st place in kickboxing, winning both of his matches and showing the results of his hard work.
💪 Seven had two close matches. He didn’t get the nod this time, but the improvement, composure, and heart he showed were impossible to miss. Proud of the progress he’s making.
🔥 John won his grappling match in overtime after being with us for only two weeks. That’s what happens when you show up ready to learn and compete.
⚔️ Lawson got the win in kickboxing after taking the fight on one day’s notice, and that’s after already competing last weekend. Toughness and willingness to test yourself are hard to teach.
Big thank you to Justin Verdin for hosting a great kickboxing and grappling smoker in Houma. The event was very well run, the matchups were fair, and it provided a great opportunity for athletes to gain valuable experience.
Most importantly, all glory goes to God. Win or lose, I’m proud of these athletes and how far they’ve come. The results are great, but the growth, discipline, and character being built along the way mean even more.
Back to work Monday. 🙏🥊🤼‍♂️
