Fitness should be fun.

It should challenge you, push you outside your routine, and remind you that movement can look a lot of different ways.

On August 15, 2026, choose 3 modalities and complete them consecutively.

There are no required distances, times, or paces.

Pick what excites you. Challenge yourself. Have fun with it. Invite your friends to join you.

Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just looking for a reason to get moving, this event is designed to bring our community together through movement.

When you register, you’ll receive challenge ideas, the Google Meet link for our 9:00 AM kickoff on event day, and access to our Strava event so we can all support each other throughout the day.

Stay tuned for warm-up resources, fueling tips, support, and mindset tools from our event partners.

The only rules:

✅ Cheer each other on
✅ Bring positivity and passion
✅ Complete 3 modalities consecutively

We’re not trying to find the fittest person in Acadiana.
