Being honest,

The fitness industry is taking a hit right now. From the economy having us monitor our finances even closer and tighter than we would like. To the easily available “quick fixes” that can give results at such a faster rate than we’ve ever seen before, self-owned gyms…heck self owned everything is struggling right now!

I’ve been asked, “Why don’t you open something else?”

I’ve been told, “Just shut it down and go work for someone.”

My answer:
I can’t. God isn’t throwing challenges my way for me to quit. God’s just revealing the bigger picture and showing me more of what I’m capable of than I ever imagined.

When my team shows up and is excited to train with me, I’m reminded I’m where I’m suppose to be.

When there’s just 1 person in a class that use to have 10 people, I’m reminded I’m where I’m suppose to be.

I didn’t open Empire Personal Training to help everyone in the world. I opened it to help those few that truly wanted to be better mentally and physically.

I’m not surviving. I’m thriving in my faith.
My gym is owned by God and I’m just managing it as he directs. And for all those small businesses not sure what the next step is…pray on it.
