Hanging leg raises is great for your abs. Weighted hanging leg raises? Even better.
The moment you are repping 20-25 reps of these bodyweight. Shoot, even 15 reps. Consider going to weighted next to keep improving.
I prefer a weighted vest vs a weight belt but that’s just me.
10/10 core movement.
Bonus - you work your grip too.
