Be your own motivation…

For the past few weeks I’ve been hard on myself, comparing myself to models on Tik Tok and Instagram. It’s easy to look at them and think, man I want to look like that. But today, I took a video. I wanted to show myself that I can make progress. Maybe compare it later down the road.

Then I realized. I don’t have to. I can already see the change. I can see muscles in my thighs, my shoulders bulging as I work.

I’ve come incredibly far in my own journey. So today, I’m my own motivation, and that’s all I need.

Just move…

Not every workout has to be intense! It’s easy to say, I’m too tired to hit the gym. I’m too tired to go for a run. I’m just not feeling it. That’s okay! Some days all we can do is move. Do a few yoga poses. Spend 10 min stretching. Stand up and clean a single room. Take a small walk with those you love…

You’ll be surprised how much better you feel.
