Very few defensive tactics instructors and police officers push themselves beyond the once a year department mandated defensive tactics training.
Mike is one of the few officers that is dedicated to learning bjj and its applications in competition and on the streets.
Tournaments are a great way to pressure test your skills against an opponent that’s trying to get after you as much as you are gunning for them.
