Small Group Training is officially happening at Tapp Into It Fitness Studio, and I’m really excited about this one.
I love small group training because it kind of hits that sweet spot between personal training and group fitness.
You still get coaching, structure, form feedback, and a programming — but you also get the energy of training with other people. The accountability. The camaraderie. The little extra push when you maybe would’ve sandbagged a rep or two on your own. Lol.
It’s also a more affordable way to get coached than 1:1 training, while still keeping the group small enough that you’re not lost in a crowd.
And from a training standpoint, I love what small group allows us to do. We can get more strength volume than a large class can typically handle, while still keeping things intentional and coached. There’s also a level of respect that comes with training in a small group. You’re showing up for yourself, but you’re also sharing the space with other people — so come ready to work, give your best effort, and make it worth everyone’s time.
Each session will list the muscle group/focus ahead of time, so you can plan the rest of your week around it and know what you’re walking into.
Groups are capped at 4 people max, which keeps the sessions personal, efficient, and coached.
I also want to say this: I personally do small group training once a week and have it set as part of my own recurring routine. It’s not something I would offer if I didn’t genuinely see the benefit.
Current opportunities to join:
Mondays + Fridays — 5:30 AM
Wednesdays — 12:00 PM
Saturdays — 8:00 AM
