We are constantly adding and updating our equipment, and we have some of the coolest toys around. We have a wide range of class times to accommodate almost anyone's schedule. In addition to CrossFit classes, we also offer CrossFit Kids, Olympic Lifting, and Yoga cla

🇺🇸 This Independence Day, we honored those who gave everything.

Today we completed Hero WOD: Badger in memory of U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Mark Carter, Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonathan Hollingsworth, and Marine Sgt. 1st Class Kirby Horrell, who were killed in action in Afghanistan on January 7, 2007.

Hero WODs are more than just difficult workouts. They remind us that the discomfort we choose in the gym is nothing compared to the sacrifices made by the men and women who defend our freedoms.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, pushed through, and honored their legacy.

Happy 4th of July. 🇺🇸
