💛✨ A little update from us - morning crew and regulars 👇🏻

The next two weeks might feel a little tricky as we navigate growth and make space for everyone…and wow… tonight’s Vin/YIN waitlist reached 8 people 😭 We are so sorry to those missing out tonight.

We hear you. We know some of you are feeling nervous about getting spots in classes and we want you to know we are doing everything we can over the next two weeks to accommodate everyone while we move through this transition.

✨ So… we’re adding a little extra.

THIS Wednesday SUNRISE OUTDOOR 5:30AM Vin/YIN to create more space… and I’ve asked Eric to bring his bowls and play for us too 🕯️🎶 (Included in your Kula Membership or $20 drop in.

This class will be at 4th July Point 🇺🇸✨we will watch the sunrise 🙌

No link or booking needed - BYO mat, towel and props

Please note we will not be bringing equipment from the studio as this class is outside but we have 7 mats for kitten yoga we will have set up.

Thank you for your patience, flexibility and for growing with us. This is such a beautiful problem to have, even if it feels a little messy in the middle. 😍🙏

From 1st July this will all be behind us and we’ll have more room, more capacity and more breathing space. Until then, thank you for sticking with us while we do our best to care for everyone 💛🙌

CENTRE is growing because of this community and we don’t take that lightly.

💛🙌Changes were made yesterday, we are SO excited to move downstairs into The Annex 1st July.

Two more weeks of waiting lists for classes then we will all have the space, rhythm and repetition in our new studio for everyone. 🙌

Thank you for your patience as we grow and learn all about our new space, for example we had to cancel our Frequency last night and I know so many of you were disappointed, we couldn’t compete with the noise from the band.

We are trying our best to speak to the right people in town so that we can be informed and coordinate our CENTRE schedule with others in our town. This has happened a few times now and I’m sure there is a way we can be better informed, we are working on it.

Thank you all for your grace as we grow and adjust, can’t wait to flow in classes this week.

☀️Also - I’m feeling a morning pop up at 4th July point soon as I miss my morning crew and the sweaty vinyasas of our morning classes. If you’re interested drop me a line so I can see if there is enough interest to make it happen this week

Join us tomorrow evening for a gentle yoga + sound immersion experience where movement, stillness and frequency meet.

We’ll begin with gentle yoga to soften the body, unwind tension and settle the nervous system before moving into a deeply restful sound experience designed to help you slow down, receive and reconnect.

🌸💓One of my beautiful yogi friends looks STUNNING in pink!!! She lights up the studio with her energy, her laughter and her grace.

Her energy makes me feel home, it makes me feel welcome and when I’m with her I find myself laughing more than I do when I’m with anyone else.

One of the lessons we are exploring this Spring at CENTRE is moderation, we call it Brahmacharya in yoga, the use and discernment of our energy. ✨

Friendships/relationships are part of the practice of yoga. Filling your life with people that bring out your BEST! People who make you BETTER and who challenge you to be your BEST SELF.

Notice who leaves you feeling softer? Who helps you breathe deeper when they are around you?
Who reminds you of yourself and really cares how you are? Who asks nothing from you except your presence…

Not every relationship needs more effort. Some simply need more truth, more RAW honesty, more grace, more laughter and perhaps more showing up?

Yoga teaches us to fill our cups, grow into our lessons and cultivate a heart of kindness. It’s ok to protect your energy and invest it where YOU want your life to grow. 🌸

This is yoga too and it’s one of the lessons we embrace and grow into at CENTRE.
