5 habits that have changed my life:
1. Choosing to do the hard thing, even when I do not want to, has helped me build trust with myself. Every time I follow through on what I said I would do, I prove to myself that I can rely on me.
2. Viewing nutrition as an investment has changed the way I approach food. What I eat impacts my energy, mood, recovery, and ability to show up each day.
3. Focusing on what my body can do instead of only how it looks has made movement feel more empowering. Strength, endurance, and confidence mean more to me than chasing a certain appearance.
4. Prioritizing hydration before caffeination helps me feel more energized and focused throughout the day. Water comes first, then coffee.
5. Making movement part of my day has shown me that it does not always need to be a structured workout. My goal is 10,000 steps, but even taking short breaks to walk and move can make a difference.
These habits are not about being perfect. They are about making small choices that help me feel better, keep promises to myself, and show up as the person I want to be for myself, the people I love, my current clients, and my future patients.
