Job posting: Assistant Superintendent

Role Description:
The Prime Golf Approach, located in Hillsboro, IL, is seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent on a temporary basis. The role involves working on-site and performing day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure the excellent condition of the golf course, as well as preparing the course for daily play and tournaments. A typical work week is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Some Saturday mornings may be requested on tournament weeks.

Work period - April 2024 thru October 2024, potential for full time employment.

Pay - $15-$20/hr. Depending on experience

Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Knowledge of golf course layouts
Working knowledge of standard practices, materials, tools, and equipment used in golf course maintenance
Good communication skills
Ability to operate a variety of specialized equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
A valid driver's license
