April recap 🌟

From birthday celebrations and birthday burpees 🎂💪 to small upgrades around the studio and gym, this month was full of energy, progress, and community. We pushed through HYROX workouts, welcomed old friends back to class, and made plenty of memories along the way.

Grateful for every class, every sweat, and every familiar face.
