May was a busy month filled with community events, meaningful moments, and exciting upgrades across both the studio and the gym

Some of the highlights included members pushing their limits in our in-house HYROX competition and honoring those who served by taking on the MURPH workout on Memorial Day.

We also welcomed our brand-new Schwinn Aetherion+ bikes to the studio, making us the first studio in the United States to have them! Studio renovations continued with a brand-new surround sound system and a fresh new look with updated paint. And we’re not done yet—more improvements are on the way.

At the gym, we installed new lighting and hand dryers in both bathrooms, launched new products, and cheered on members who represented us at the Half Marathon and the Buke to Work Day Health Fair.

One of the most meaningful moments of the month was coming together as a community for a workout in honor of Jason. It was a powerful reminder of the friendships, support, and connections that make this community so special.

Thank you to everyone who continues to show up, support one another, and make this place feel like home. May was another reminder that we’re more than a gym—we’re a community. ❤️
