Last month, I finished 1st and 2nd place at HYROX NYC Womenâs Doubles and Singles, along with 1st place in Boston and 2nd at the North American Regional Championships, and Iâm so grateful for every rep, run, and lesson along the way.
Iâve had a lot of people ask about my training, so I wanted to share the HYROX programs I personally use to help athletes build strength, endurance, and race-day confidence.
