Jump Climb Extreme Jump Climb Extreme - Frederick Ninja Warrior Gym The JCX concept comprises a blend of various fitness activities into hybrid obstacle courses.

It came from the idea to use exciting recreation to replace everyday fitness and making it more accessible. Obstacle courses are not new, but with recent trends in fitness, there is both opportunity and need for the JCX concept.
