Join me this Sunday for a beautiful and moderately challenging hike on the Loudon Heights to split rock trail in the Harpers Ferry National Park! Looking forward to spending some quality time with you off the mat. 🥾⛰️ these pics are from November of last year, I imagine it’s only more luscious and green this time of year. 🌞☀️😎

⛰️ Come catch a beautiful view this Saturday at the Annapolis Rock Hike in Boonsboro, MD. This 5 mile hike is family friendly and starts at 11:30am. We will still be hosting our classes at the studio Saturday morning! RSVP on App!

💪 The first bootcamp in several months!! Come catch the latest rendition of the full body bootcamp “for the soul” next Sunday 11/24 at 10am. The perfect balance of effort and ease, (plus, enjoy a mimosa when it’s all over 🥂)

🔥Thanksgiving Day we have our old tradition making a return with the Torch the Turkey day workout at 9am. A fun and challenging blend of higher intensity cardio rounds. Bring your sneakers and gloves 😉

Gotta brag about our member Alexis! She’s been trusting the process, putting in the work, and her results are speaking for itself! Check out her story: “I’ve been training with Brandon since February 22, 2023, and it has truly been life-changing!
