Workout 1 is live! See below for the flow and standards.
Flow:
Workout will start at 3, 2, 1, GO and 2 athletes will take off on an 800m run. Once they return, the team will begin accumulating the target meters on each machine simultaneously. Once the target meters are met, the team will continue in this same fashion ending with an 800m run. Time will stop once 2 athletes finish the last 800m run.
Standards:
- Run: 2 athletes of the team’s choosing will run holding a resistance band. The athletes must run together with at least one hand in contact with the resistance band at all times. There is no requirement for each teammate to run.
- Row, Ski, Bike: Any athlete can help accumulate meters and they can switch at any time. Athletes can adjust the damper setting and seat height if needed, but should not touch the monitor at any time.
