We do it to honor Michael Murphy and all of the fallen soldiers who gave their lives for our freedom.

Our Youth Camps at CrossFit SDA are designed to give kids more than just something to do. We help them build strength, coordination, confidence, discipline, and body awareness in a fun, encouraging environment.

No matter their starting point, every kid is coached with intention and supported every step of the way. We focus on movement quality, athletic foundations, teamwork, and helping kids feel successful in their own body.
