Some goodbyes sit heavier than others… and this one feels extra tender. Jayme has poured her heart into this room — into every cue, every breath, every moment of quiet strength she’s helped build in all of us.

She didn’t just teach a class… she created space. Space to feel strong. Space to feel centered. Space to believe in yourself again on the hard days. And that kind of impact doesn’t fade when the chapter changes.

Watching her step into what’s next is emotional — but it’s also such a beautiful reminder that growth often comes with letting go.

We are SO sad to see her leave, but even more proud of the woman she is and the next chapter she’s stepping into. Watching our instructors grow — on and off the bike — is one of the greatest gifts of this community.
