Another simple game you can add to your movement prep/warmup.

Crawling provides a ton of benefits for the shoulders, core, etc. and adding a competitive element on top just helps to amp things up to get everything flowing for the meat & potatoes/main strength work that is coming.

🏈⚡ What an incredible day at the Aggieland Elite Performance Showcase this past Saturday!
We were honored to serve as the Official 5-10-5 Shuttle Sponsor and run the shuttle station for so many talented young athletes. Watching these kids compete, push themselves, and walk away with official times and real coaching cues. That’s exactly what youth sports development should look like.

Huge shoutout to the organizers of the Aggieland Elite Performance Showcase , NFL Flag Aggieland / Aggieland Flag Football, for putting together such a first-class event. The energy, the organization, and most importantly the heart behind what they’re doing for young athletes in our community is something special. Events like this give kids a stage to shine — and we’re grateful to be part of it. 🙌

🏋️ SG3 Summer Camp 2026 is COMING — and we need your help picking the best dates!

We’re planning elite athletic performance camps this summer for middle and high school athletes right here in Bryan/College Station.

Think speed, strength, agility, and real results — led by Coach Seth (CSCS-certified).

➡️ Quick opener for the hips/lower body that I use with my athletes.

Can be done using a barbell or hurdles. Super simple and effective 🔥

Small-sided games can be incredibly useful during warm-ups for a lot of reasons.

They get the blood flowing, the CNS firing, and the competitive juices going, all in one, depending on what you choose.

You can also target specific qualities without athletes even realizing it. They’re having fun while still getting better, two birds with one stone.

These games also act as a morale booster. They build energy and help athletes mentally prepare for the work ahead. Are they needed every session? No. But they’re a great addition when used the right way.

You can’t be mad at results you didn’t work for 🤷🏼‍♂️

So many chase scholarships, PRs, and accolades without truly understanding what it takes behind the scenes just to have a chance at success. You have to commit to the process, fall in love with it. The reps, the challenges, the weeks of work… that’s where success is built.

Preparation is where you prevail.

For every athlete chasing a PR like Asher, understand what comes with it: showing up consistently, being coachable, putting in the reps, and earning it through sweat equity, stacking small improvements day after day.

Most people will never truly love the process… but the ones who do separate themselves.

Shoutout to Asher on the PR and all the unseen work that made it happen. Let’s keep getting better 🙏🏼
