Superflow

Liquid Asana + Inversions blends yoga, functional mobility, Tai Chi, and ocean-inspired movement into one fluid, breath-led experience. Guided by Eoin Finn, this workshop explores how coordinated movement builds strength, balance, mobility, and inversions with more ease and control.

Expect wave-like sequences, progressive inversion work, and movement patterns designed to increase joint freedom, whole-body integration, and flow state connection. We’ll close with Blissology’s signature Circle of Light to ground the practice in community and presence.

In this workshop, you’ll:

• Build fluid strength, balance, and mobility
• Learn inversion foundations safely and progressively
• Improve coordination and joint freedom
• Experience movement as meditation
Open to all levels.

This year’s Murph wasn’t about PRs, leaderboard spots, or proving how tough you are. It was about showing up alongside people willing to do hard things together.

150+ people came through these doors, suffered together, encouraged each other, and honored the meaning behind the workout. We saw first timers finish their first Murph. We saw veterans slow down to pull someone through. That’s not programming, that’s culture.

Days like this remind us that Korrect Fitness is more than a gym. It’s a place where people from all walks of life come together to push themselves, support one another, and leave better than they arrived.

To every person who showed up, volunteered, cheered, sweat, and suffered alongside us, thank you.
