The challenge is officially underway and we’ve got a massive week lined up at BFT Rotorua.

🏋️ Monday: Pump – Lower Body
🏃 Tuesday: Cardio U
💪 Wednesday: Hyper – Upper Body
🔥 Thursday: Cardio HIIT + Week 1 Challenge for all Commit to 30 participants (Further details will come)
🏋️ Friday: Strength – Mixed
🤫 Saturday: Secret Session

⚡ Challenge Members: Thursday’s Cardio HIIT session will also be your Week 1 House Challenge, so make sure you’re booked in and ready to earn valuable points for your House!
