Whew, we worked up a massive sweat tonight!😅

Heart rates were up ❤️, sweat was dripping 😅, blood was pumping 🔥, and the bounce vibes were absolutely AWESOME! ✨
One thing I love about these beautiful ladies is that they give it their ALL every single session. Tonight included a high-intensity 2:1 Tabata set 💪🔥, along with a variety of rebounding variations that challenged us, energised us, and most importantly... delivered SO much fun! 🙌

Rebounding is one of the most effective and enjoyable forms of low-impact exercise, supporting the body from the inside out while being gentle on the joints - NO JARRING GUYS!

✨ Benefits of rebounding may include:

Technique Matters 💡
One of the biggest misconceptions about rebounding is that you need to jump high — you don’t!

Effective rebounding comes from controlled movement and proper technique. Keeping your heels gently pressed down into the mat helps activate the deeper pumping action throughout the body while reducing unnecessary strain on the joints.
As you bounce, the changing gravitational forces created through acceleration and deceleration help stimulate movement within the lymphatic system. This rhythmic motion assists the opening and closing of lymphatic valves, helping support the flow of lymph throughout the body.

The Power of G-Force 🌎
Rebounding creates what is known as G-force (gravitational force). During bouncing, the body experiences alternating moments of increased and decreased gravitational load. This change in force helps stimulate the muscles, circulation, and lymphatic system in a unique way that walking alone cannot fully replicate.
