Designed specifically for postnatal bodies, Kangatraining brings you a low impact full body workout, while you have your baby with you.

A class includes floor work, choreographed dance and targeted muscle workouts, with an emphasis on core strength and pelvic floor function
Wear your baby for most of the class in a supportive fitting carrier, snuggled close (and probably snoozing!)

So what's stopping you?!

*You must be 6 weeks post birth or 12 weeks post cesarean birth to participate

If you want to exercise and increase strength with a specifically trained postnatal instructor, WITHOUT having to leave your baby, Kangatraining is for you!
We provide a fun and relaxed environment to boost your wellbeing, connect with other mamas and support you in safe babywearing practice to keep bubs comfy.
Our program includes:
✨Improving cardiovascular endurance
✨Enhancing flexibility
✨Building muscular capacity
✨Strengthening pelvic floor and abdominal muscles
✨Promoting proper posture

Our bodies are unique vessels that carry us through life and deserve appreciation for their strength, resilience, and individuality. I am working on embracing and loving the body I'm in, fostering self-acceptance and self-care. As a mum, being kind to my body sets a positive example for my children and promotes a sense of confidence that I hopefully can pass on to others.
