My name is Kellyanne and I am a fitness trainer and Mama of four. I have spent the past few years investing in my own health and fitness journey and through this journey I have met so many amazing people and made some life long friends along the way. I created a lifestyle that worked around me and my family to ensure I prioritized not just my physical health but mental health too. Prioritizing the

se aspects of my life has led me to feeling confident in my own skin, developing as a whole person outside of being "just a mum" and feeling a sense of purpose in knowing that I am better to the people around me when I take care of me first. Let me encourage you all take take charge of your life and start putting yourself first.

This is a perfect workout that can be completed anywhere, all you need is a timer and water bottle.

Today's workout was a fun little BINGO chart and can be done on your own or in pairs, basically you do one stair run then come down and complete an exercise on the board until you have checked off each exercise πŸ˜‰

Well done ladies you smashed every exercise on the BINGO chart..

Weather looks good for the week so I'm thinking an outdoor workout Thurs smallbone Park (by the stairs) πŸ˜‰ 9:30am. Everyone welcome to join!

Also if anyone is keen il be heading out to do the yellow track in redwoods today, park up the far end carpark i aim to start walking around 10am. Track takes approx just over a hour πŸ’β€β™€οΈ
