The Great Reset is coming. 13 weeks dedicated to rebuilding the foundations that performance is built on.
This cycle is about getting back to moving well, lifting with better positions, and building an engine that actually holds up under fatigue. We’re focusing on creating athletes who stay efficient under pressure, move with consistency, and build real capacity through precision, repetition, and control.
The Wolverine Cycle wraps up today for Individuals, and next Friday for Affiliates, followed by 2 transition weeks before we strip it back, reset, and rebuild.
The great reset starts June 1 for Individuals, and June 8 for Affiliates. Keep an eye out for more details dropping soon.
