The difference between surviving and living:

Surviving looks like:

• Waking up with dread
• Going through the motions
• Putting on the "I'm fine" mask
• Numbing with distractions

• Feeling like you're drowning but looking fine to everyone else

Living looks like:

• Waking up with purpose
• Showing up authentically
• Feeling your emotions without being destroyed by them
• Being present in your life
• Looking forward to your day
• Feeling alive instead of just existing

Most men are surviving.
