Balancing strength and size while throwing myself into Jiu Jitsu and wrestling isn’t easy—it’s a constant test of recovery and adaptation.

I train early to keep my routine locked in, fuel with intent—high fats, protein, potassium, Magnesium and loads of electrolytes—and I don’t miss my sauna and cold plunge sessions, hitting them 5–6 times a week.
