This session will explore the connection between strength training, movement, and pelvic floor health, helping you better understand how core stability, breathing, and lifting patterns all work together. It’s a practical, educational session designed to support both training performance and long-term body awareness.
Clare instructs Mat Pilates every Tuesday at 9.30am. She has been instructing Pilates since 2018 and is trained in Mat, Barre, Reformer and Advanced Reformer, and has completed her Progression course. She has a deep passion for movement and wellness, focusing on building strength, improving mobility, and finding balance both physically and mentally.
This workshop will run in place of our usual Mobility class, and is suitable for all members—no matter age or gender. Spots are limited so book in Wodify to secure yours now.
