What Is the Athletic Development Program?
At J2, the ADP isn’t just about developing better athletes, it’s about creating a safe, supportive environment where youth athletes can grow both physically and mentally. We’re dedicated to making sure they train the right way, with proper guidance, individualised programming, and a focus on long-term success.
We also focus on building character. Through their time in the ADP, athletes learn the importance of accountability, respect, and hard work qualities that extend far beyond sport. Our goal is to see them leave not only as better athletes but as role models in their communities and better versions of themselves.
What’s Included in the ADP?
* Regular performance testing to track progress.
* Individualised, Periodised gym programming delivered via a training app.
* 3 x weekly coached sessions in a group setting. (Pre-set times)
* Access to J2 gym facilities during ADP sessions.
* Sport-specific and tailored off-feet and on-feet conditioning.
* J2 100-point recovery system for optimised performance.
* Exclusive J2 merch, LSKD, and supplement discounts.
* Access to the J2 community group.
What’s the Investment?
�$85 per week
* No lock-in contracts (T&Cs apply).
* Minimum 12-week commitment.
