🔥 Comment we hear most often from new clients; “I’ve tried everything. Nothing works.”

Usually, they’ve been jumping between different programmes, googling and guessing their food and training.
They’re using a huge amount of mental energy, there’s constant “food noise” in their head, and they end up getting nowhere.

🔥 We’re proud of the way our plans work. Every new client starts with a chat with Karl. He looks at their current eating habits, exercise, and lifestyle, then calculates the calories and macros they need to reach their goal.

He builds a personalised food plan using familiar food, with meal options to choose from. Clients receive a clear plan to follow. We’ve got a few options if you’re keen!

(The best thing though - not having to make all those food decisions every day, you always know what you’re eating 😆 )

🔥 Personal Training 🔥 Alongside group sessions and consults, Karl also offers a limited number of Personal Training (PT) sessions.

💥 Where group training combines strength training with the motivation of training alongside others, PT is one-on-one coaching with Karl.

PT sessions are fully personalised to your goals, fitness level and experience. You let Karl know what you need out of your sessions, and he programmes it.

🔥 Some do PTs for confidence.
🔥 Some use a PT session to learn technique.
🔥Some are working on a goal or getting sport-ready.
🔥 Some want boxing, circuits, HIIT or other styles of training we don’t typically do in groups.

🔥 Some just prefer dedicated one-on-one attention to do exactly what they need out of a workout.

🙌 PT provides structure, guidance and accountability. We do one-off PTs, sessions in pairs and package sessions-committing to a block of time to stay on track.

🔥We’ve got a week showing you what KW does – today: GROUPS! (enjoy the pics, there’s some old ones!)

🔥 Our groups are small, PT guided strength workouts based around weights and progressive training.

👉 Some people come to get stronger.
👉 Some want to lose body fat or tone up.
👉 Some want to build muscle.
👉 Some simply want to feel like they are achieving something, maybe become more confident.

🙌 Some just want to do their first chin-up.
🙌 Some want a place where training in their hubby’s old T-shirt is perfectly normal.
🙌 Some have no interest in winning the biggest quads competition but are definitely in for the drinks and good company afterwards.
🙌 Some just want an hour to switch off and do something good for themselves.

🔥 Everyone trains at their own level, with Karl adjusting exercises to suit your goals, experience and any injuries.

🙌 One of the things we hear most often is how easy and non-judgemental the group trainings are. You don’t need to be fit to start, it’s no pressure!

👏👏👏 Many of these pics are older, with lots from the previous premises, but they show the energy.

Heavy weights. Or light ones. Solid focus, or laughs with the group.

Book casually whenever it suits, or join a membership for accountability & consistency. Whatever your vibe, we’ve got it covered.

FRIDAY UPDATE

🔥Saturday Circuits- 6 Week Block starts next week May 16th. We’ve got 6:15am and 7:30am classes, $99 for the block, we’ve got a couple of spaces left in each, message us if you want in.

🔥 Nic’s been away this week so Karl’s been left in charge of the stories 😅 She’s back next week.

🔥 Next week is also THE week Nic puts heaps of posts up about all the new memberships, food plan options and training set-ups we’ve introduced lately. Keep an eye out for those posts so you can get a clearer idea of what we offer. (This also means lots of stuff up on stories. Waaaatch out 😆 )

🔥 KW merch! T-shirts, tanks, hoodies. We’ve got big ideas around vintage-style graphics and some different stuff, buttttt we’re struggling with the graphic design skills. 😆 If there is anyone out there that wants to play with design stuff, chat to Nic.

💥Circuit-style sessions with a mix of strength & conditioning- next challenge is July so this will be an awesome fitness focus to see us through!.
