END OF AN ERA! 🥺💛
After 5 incredible years, we have closed our doors at TG for the very last time. This place has been more than just a space to train - it's been our second home, a community, and a huge part of our lives.
This kaupapa started as just a group of mates training out of a home garage and has grown into something far bigger than we could've ever imagined. 🥰
To every single person who has helped grow TG into what it is today, we thank you. Without the amazing people, this place wouldn't be as special as it is. 💯
So this isn't goodbye to the people - just the space. The gains, the memories, and the friendships that have been made here will last forever.

Wishing our 3 teams all the best at Butterfly Effect today. I'm so proud of you all for going out there and giving it a go. 🙏🏽
Our ladies signed up in July last year - having never trained this style of exercise before. 🥰 So to see them on the floor today is going to be such a proud moment for us all. 💯
