Today marks Isla's last official day in BHB uniform, but we have a feeling this won't be the last time we see her walking through our doors.
Isla, thank you for the love, care, and dedication you've poured into our people and community. From the day you joined the team, we noticed your down-to-earth nature, genuine kindness, and the way you effortlessly connect with others.
You have a special gift for making people feel seen, supported, and welcome. What we've admired most is the genuine care you've shown our members. Whether it was coaching on the floor, checking in on someone having a tough week, organising events, or simply sharing a laugh, your impact has been felt far beyond the workouts.
You have helped shape the culture of BHB, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you've contributed.
While we're sad to see you go, we're also so excited for this next chapter. We have no doubt you're going to absolutely smash it out of the park.
