11 years ago 2015 UITF WORLD TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP IN LONDON . JANICE and FREDA from Tramore taekwondo ended up against each other when both of them made it to the final. Fantastic young ladies we practiced virtually every day for months leading up to it. Gold and silver in the same event came back to our little town. At the same event in 2013 young AUSTIN KING took home the OVERALL JUNIOR CUP after winning 4 golds and one silver in individual patterns, sparring,power breaking, special technique. And team sparring . We always have some special people here in Tramore willing to do whatever it takes.
