Munster Championships – Templemore
A big well done to Amelie and Jessie who represented the club at the Munster Championships in Templemore this weekend.
Both Amelie and Jessie competed brilliantly in the sprints, high jump and long jump. Although the girls didn't come home with medals this time, they gave it their all, gained valuable championship experience, and showed great determination and sportsmanship throughout the day.
Well done, girls — keep working hard and enjoying the journey. Your time will come!

A fantastic day at the Munster Outdoor Championships for April 🏆
April finished 2nd in the U14 High Jump, making it two years in a row that she's brought home the silver medal. 🥈
While the result was the same, the progress certainly wasn't — she's improved by an incredible 12cm in the past year! 💪
Delighted for April and proud of how far she's come. Onwards and upwards! ❤️👏

A fantastic day on the track with Loughlin Downes crowned Munster U13 Boys 600m Champion! 🥇in s time of 1:40.05 🙌
Loughlin produced a brilliant performance to take the Munster title and set a new outdoor personal best in the process.
👏 A special mention also to Sam, who ran a superb race in the 600m, finishing 2nd in his heat and just narrowly missing out on a podium place. A great effort and plenty to be proud of!
Well done to both boys on their excellent performances and for representing the club so well. 💙💛🏃‍♂️🎉

🏃‍♂️🥉 A fantastic day 2 today at the Munster Track & Field Championships in Waterford for our U12 boys!
Congratulations to our relay team of Davin, Sean, Cillian, James and Aidan, who put in a brilliant performance to claim 3rd place in the U12 relay final and secure their place at the next stage. 👏👏
Special congratulations also to Davin, who sprinted to an outstanding 2nd place in the U12 60m individual event, earning qualification with a superb run. 🥈⚡

🏃‍♀️🏅 Provincial Outdoor Track & Field Championships – Waterford 🏅🏃‍♀️
A fantastic day in Waterford for the boys
who represented the club with great determination and enthusiasm on day 2 of the Munster Track and Field championships.
In the U11 boys Combined Events, Cillian and Tom both delivered outstanding performances, bringing home silver medals in both the Long Jump and 60m events. 🥈🥈
Cillian also earned an individual podium finish, taking 3rd place in the Long Jump, adding a well-deserved bronze medal to his collection. 🥉👏
We are incredibly proud of all the bots for their hard work, sportsmanship and commitment throughout the season.
Next stop: the All-Ireland Finals! 🇮🇪 Best of luck to the boys as they prepare to compete at the national finals

A huge congratulations to Aoibhe on an outstanding achievement at the Munster Track & Field Championships in Waterford yesterday! 🏅
Aoibhe jumped her way to 3rd place in the U12 Long Jump, earning a well-deserved place on the podium against some of the best young athletes in Munster. Even better, her performance has secured qualification for the All-Ireland Finals! 🇮🇪

A fantastic day in Waterford for our young athletes who represented the club with great determination and enthusiasm.
In the U9 Girls Combined Events, Jane and Faye both delivered outstanding performances, bringing home bronze medals in both the 60m and 300m events. 🥉🥉
Jane also earned an individual podium finish, taking 3rd place in the 300m, adding another well-deserved bronze medal to her collection. 🥉👏
