Gear/ Timetable for DB race.

Safety Gear for DB race. Swim; Tow buoy, goggles, hat and swimming wetsuit. Board - just the board. (No need for board leash as winds very low) Ski race, PFD, SKI - any type, paddle and leash ( surfboard leash is fine- we may have some spares. We also have spare pfds). DM the Metalman Paddlesports Club Waterford FB page to let us know what you need.

Sign on T Bay surf club Tramore.

Place boards and skis on beach in marked areas.
Sign in: from 09h00
Compulsory Race Briefing in TBay: 09h30
Start time for SLS swim/board event: 10h00
Finish of Swim Board at 1045hrs approx
Rest.
Sign on for DB Ski race from 1130 hrs approx
Compulsory Briefing for DB ski race will be on beach at 1145hrs.
Start time for Long Course DB Ski race and Spec Ski leg of SLS event: ~ 12h00
Prize giving in T Bay Surf club 30 mins after final competitor finishes.

Swim course will be triangular laps.
Board course will be out and back around a large sailing buoy and flag laps.

DB race will be around large sailing buoys.
