First to roll out from the latest wave of the Amazing 12 is Luke King. Luke signed up for the Amazing 12 wanting to regain his fitness he had a few years back. The lack of training lead his body gaining alot of bodyfat and losing alot of muscle. Fast forward 12 week later you can see Luke achieved huge amount of fatloss and built alot of muscle also. Just take a look at the side shot his old clothes don't fit him anymore .

Having completed the Amazing 12 program my transformation has been a brilliant experience. My body is, without a doubt, in the best condition it has been in a long time, if not ever. When starting the program it had been two years since or more since I had done any weight training and so, I was basically starting from the beginning. When I commenced the program I struggled doing single sets of exercises.
My strength, technique and fitness were quite poor. However, all of these had significantly improved by the end of the program. My strength increased every week of the program and recording it throughout each session it was evident and easy to track my progress. Week 1, I could barely lift a 15/20 kg bar over my head, by the end I was lifting close to 50kg Military press, a huge improvement. Similarly with bench press, squat and deadlift these were all low and increased exceptionally by the 12th week.
Having completed the program I am definitely the strongest I have ever been and developed more muscle. Also I have learned so much about weight lifting safely, eating correctly for the amount of training been done. I would recommend the Amazing 12 program for people who want to challenge themselves and also get in their best physical condition. If you follow the program and guidance of the coach you will be guaranteed results.
The structure of the program is very, very good. The programming is done for you every session, you arrive and train. After the first couple of weeks it becomes easier, in one sense that your technique is correct and you focus on the training.
Looking to the future, the knowledge gained on the Amazing 12 program will definitely influence my training. I feel happy having completed the program, the sense of accomplishment is something else. The 12 weeks are without a doubt tough. There were times when I had to push myself to go and it’s these training sessions you learn to persevere.
Gan has been a fantastic coach, was always available for questions. He showed me exactly how to lift weights correctly. His knowledge in every aspect of coaching is brilliant. For this, I would like to say thank you for helping me achieve what I have.
