🏀BI Intro to Coaching Course Complete🏀

A great day spent learning, developing and gaining a few new coaching tools with St. Bridget’s hosting📚🏀

A huge thank you to Ger Tarrant for making the Intro Course such an enjoyable and worthwhile experience. Ger’s knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for the game really came across throughout the day, and it was brilliant to learn from someone so willing to share their experience and knowledge with others.

Plenty of great discussions, practical ideas and plenty to take away and bring onto the court. It’s always great to keep learning and developing as a coach, and days like today are a great reminder that there’s always something new to pick up.

Thanks again, Ger, for passing on your knowledge and making the day so enjoyable along with everyone attending! Looking forward to putting it all into practice! 👏🏀

🏀 INTRO COACHING COURSE – NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! 🏀

St. Bridget’s Basketball Club is delighted to open up our upcoming Intro Coaching Course to coaches and aspiring coaches outside the club.

📅 Saturday, 12th September
📍 Killeentierna Community Centre
⏰ Time TBC
💶 Cost: €55 per person

With the upcoming season approaching, this is a great opportunity to get qualified and get involved in coaching basketball.

Under Basketball Ireland’s new Coaching Minimum Standards, completion of the Intro Coaching Course is now compulsory for relevant coaches for the upcoming season.

No previous coaching experience is necessary — just an interest in basketball and a willingness to learn! 🏀

We have SPACES AVAILABLE, so if you would like to take part, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to register your interest.
