Optimum Performance Studio is a member of Core Synergy Group offering, Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Power Plate training. The studio comprises several dedicated training studios and offers an ideal environment for freelance trainers. NASM®️ Certified Personal Trainer (NASM®️ CPT) The OPT model was developed to concurrently improve all functional abilities, including flexibility, core stabilization, balance, strength, power and cardiorespiratory endurance.
