Have you ever wanted to be able to do one of these?

Starting 13th June the Backflip Blueprint is a 6-week course designed to help students safely work towards their first backflip through step-by-step coaching, progressions and personalised training.

We teach the exact drills, shapes, strength and technique needed to build it properly from the ground up.

Every participant also receives their own personalized and tailored strength, mobility and conditioning plan to support their progress outside the sessions.

Ages 8+
Saturdays 4:30pm–6pm
Open to everyone
Limited spaces available
£100 for the full 6-week course
