FREE Zumba outdoors, every Thursday in September! ☀💃🕺🌳

Grab your trainers and meet us at The Leys, Witney, Thursdays, 10:00 - 11:00 AM, all through September.

In partnership with West Oxfordshire District Council, this one’s completely free and open to everyone, whether you’ve never done Zumba before or you’re a regular on the dance floor 🎶

Come for one class or all four, but here’s a secret: the first class is always a little “wait, what are my feet doing” 🙃 By week 2 or 3, the choreo starts clicking, and that’s when it gets REALLY fun! Four weeks in a row means you’ll actually get to know the songs and enjoy them properly, not just survive them 😅

🎟 Free, everyone welcome! No booking required

Remember to bring water, comfy shoes, and a friend! Sunglasses, a baseball cap or a waterproof jacket might be needed, weather dependant 😂

Whether you’re brand new or already part of the crew, you’re so welcome to any of my classes 💜

📅 WEEKLY CLASSES:
✺ Tuesdays, Langdale Hall • 7:30 - 8:30 PM
✺ Wednesdays, Windrush Leisure Centre • 5:15 - 6:00 PM
✺ Thursdays, Courtside at The Leys • 7:00 - 8:00 PM

💸 PRICE & BOOKING:
Langdale Hall → £8, book in advance (link in my bio) or drop-in and pay card/cash before class starts
Windrush → Become a gym member or register and pay for each class (£10.50) - Book online or at reception
Courtside → £8, booking in advance is mandatory - link to the booking through their website (link in my bio)

​💃 WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Latin music + official Zumba choreos (check my profile for some current choreos 🤩)
• Clear cueing + easy-to-follow steps that build up naturally with progressions (a great way to learn the choreos as you show up to class week by week!)
• Lots of hip movement + quick-footed routines
• A fun, energising workout that gets your heart rate up!
• A welcoming, encouraging class where you can smile, move, and feel proud of yourself

So excited about this new Zumba class on Thursday evenings! 🥳

We had a blast at our first ever class in the brand-new studio at Courtside at The Leys yesterday 👏 Thank you to everyone who showed up, smiled, and danced their hearts out! Hope you loved a fun dance workout as much as I did 🥰

Out of my comfort zone? Completely. Regrets? Zero 🤩

A 3-hour Zumba masterclass followed by a nearly 2-hour reggaeton workshop where broke down their choreo to Gata Gangster step by step, rep by rep. The brain fully engaged, the body running on empty… when they said we were learning a choreo to a song by the kings of reggaeton, Daddy Yankee and Don Omar, the teenager inside me couldn’t help herself! 🥳

At the end of the workshop I raised my hand to go to the front and dance what we’d just learnt, thankfully with an amazing group of ladies next to me and a lot of cheering behind us! What a humbling experience: being the student, the nerves, the failed steps… and having an absolute blast through it all!

The Brothers said it best: always keep learning. And the best way to do that is to keep being a student. Always say yes to the uncomfortable, and always say yes to the front row 🙌🔥

Anyway! What a day! Gracias brothers por esta maravilla de clase, desde luego éramos los supervivientes cuando el cuerpo no daba para más, y aún así nos hicisteis bailar y disfrutar, gracias! 🫶
