In preparation for our Pre-loved Clothing Sale and 'Cash For Clothes' collection, children will be bringing home a printed bag for you to donate anything that is still wearable but not wanted by yourselves to help us raise money for the school. We ask that you return bagged donations on Thursday 24th September to the bike shed through the staff car park, before the entrance to Honeypot Pre-School. A member of the WSA will be there at 9am, 12pm and 3.30pm.

If you have more than fits in the pre-printed bag you can also use any refuse sack. We ask that the items are clean and in wearable condition in order for us to sell during our Pre-loved Sale on 26th September - during our Colour Run and Family Fun Day. Any remaining items we will send to Cash for Clothes who will pay us 40p per kilo but only on clean wearable items.

Get ready for one of our favourite events of the year! Open to the whole community, our Colour Run is a fantastic day out for the whole family to take part in and enjoy.

There'll be plenty happening throughout the event, including our Pre-Loved Clothing Sale and a Car Boot Sale, plus stalls, entertainment and refreshments for everyone to enjoy.

As another fantastic school year comes to a close, we'd like to say a huge thank you to all our parents, families, friends and the wider community for your incredible support of the WSA throughout our fundraising events. Your generosity, enthusiasm and time have helped us continue to encourage, enrich and support the children of Willingham Primary School amd Honeypot Pre-School, and we couldn't do it without you. 💙

We hope you all have a wonderful, relaxing summer break with your families.

As we look ahead to the new school year, don't forget to save the dates for our upcoming events from our newsletter—we can't wait to see you there! And yes... our much-loved colour run will be back! 🌈🏃🎉 We can't wait for another year of making memories together.

There's still time to get a child minder so you can enjoy the air conditioning at our Quiz Night at The Bank Micropub on Tuesday 14th July at 7pm. Trivia fun, raffle and friendly competition £4 per person. Team up, come alone or as a pair - all are warmly welcomed (1-4 players per team). You could challenge friends to be quiz champion or just come along for a laugh. Spaces limited and only pre booked tickets for this event so click this link to join in

There's still time to book in for a post school cool off this afternoon to surprise your little ones after a clammy day in class!
Don't forget the school pool is open after school every afternoon (except Thursday) for children in reception through to year 6. This week is set to be another scorcher so why not book in to cool the children down and maybe get the odd refreshing splash for you poolside while they play - choose your seat accordingly. Please remember to add the name and year group of the child(ren) and read the pool rules. Bookings close at approximately 2pm each day. There may be the chance of a walk in place after this time if there's space but to avoid disappointment we advise booking online in advance.

We look forward to seeing you all down at the Willingham Fete tomorrow at the Ploughmans Hall, which starts at 11.30am following the Fen Gallop. The WSA will have a number of stall to keep you entertained including:
- Hook a duck
- Rainbow raffle
- Teddy tombola
- Lucky dip
- Glitter tattoos
- Design your own badge, coaster or keyring
