Time.
Honestly, it’s actually really easy in principle to change your physique. You want to grow? Eat protein, eat in a surplus, train hard and sleep. You want to cut? Eat protein, eat in a deficit, train hard and sleep. It’s very simple when boiled down…
The part that gets people isn’t KNOWING what to do. It’s being able to do it, every day, for weeks, months and years without getting frustrated that it’s not happening straight away
This is why finding a process which works for you, and that you enjoy, is so important. Of course there’s going to be things along the way you have to do which aren’t your favourite, but learning to love the journey is the number one thing that’s going to keep you on it
Trust me when I say I’ve had many a day where I question why I bother😂 why I graft so hard and seemingly nothing happens. However giving up doesn’t make it happen any quicker
Starting to see the fruits of my labours for the last 2.5 years pay off in terms of my upper body. Now I know it’s not a lot, but from my start point, it’s a massive improvement. Some people respond a little slower, some body parts respond a little slower. But that’s life!
